About Bend Don't Break Health & Fitness
A Different Approach to Health & Fitness
Bend Don’t Break Health & Fitness was created from a simple belief: your body is designed to adapt, not break. I’ve seen too many people struggle with pain, stress, and health challenges that could be improved—or even prevented—with the right approach to movement, nutrition, and recovery. I knew there had to be a better way.
My Story
I started Bend Don’t Break because I wanted to help people take control of what can be controlled—movement, nourishment, rest, and intentional growth. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals at many different stages of life, and one thing became clear: most people don’t need extreme workouts or quick fixes. They need guidance, consistency, and a plan that fits their real life.
My passion is helping people—especially those over 40—build strength, mobility, and confidence in a way that supports longevity and peace of mind. Fitness shouldn’t feel punishing or intimidating. It should feel empowering.

More Than Just Workouts
I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. That means we don’t just focus on exercises—we look at the full picture.
My coaching integrates:
Functional strength training
Recovery, rest, and reflection
Mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Mobility, flexibility, and movement quality
Nutrition coaching and habit-building
This approach allows clients to build resilience—not just physically,
but in how they show up for life.

Who I Work With
I primarily work with:
-
Adults over 40 who want to train smarter, not harder
-
Individuals returning to fitness after time away
-
Clients dealing with stiffness, pain, or mobility limitations
-
Those looking for sustainable, long-term wellness
-
Parents seeking safe, effective training for their kids or teens
I also offer virtual coaching, allowing me to
work with clients anywhere.

My mission is to help people live healthier, more peaceful lives built on purpose. I want to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to move better, feel stronger, and build habits that last.
You don’t need to be perfect to get started—you just need to begin.
